We collect information you give us directly: your name, email address and message when you contact us; your details when you join the club or subscribe to the newsletter; and order information when you buy race tickets through our store checkout.

How We Use It

We use your information to run the club — answering messages, managing memberships, processing entries, sending race information and, with your consent, our newsletter. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Payments

Ticket payments are processed securely by our payment provider through the store checkout. We do not see or store your card details.

Your Rights

You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@harborlightdash.com. Newsletter emails always include an unsubscribe link.
